Both GM1 and the FTC Q&A forum are not completely clear about whether launching a drone ballistically is permitted. Is this permitted at CRI?

DR02 has not changed & the traditional Q&A (such as Q41) applies unless it otherwise stated in CRI-specific materials.
Drones and their launching mechanisms should be designed with the intent of Drone Launches having a non-ballistic trajectory.
