Rule 10.5.4 states:
ARTIFACTS in PRISMS are evaluated for HUE points as follows:
An ARTIFACT in each PRISM of a unique color, for a maximum of six HUE points.
This implies each hue scores one point since there is room for six. However, Table 10-1 and 10-4 indicate each hue scores 3 points.
Please clarify.
